- Log in and go to My Orders. Click an order to see status and delivery updates. If a delivery partner is assigned, live tracking is shown.
- Open the order in My Orders and use "Request return" with an optional reason. Our team will review and respond.
- We accept card payments (via our payment provider), wallet balance, and bank transfer. Payment options are shown at checkout.
- After delivery, go to My Orders and click the order. Use "Confirm receipt" to release vendor payout. You have a set timeframe (configured by admin) to confirm.
- Contact us via Contact Us or open a support ticket when logged in. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
